Refund and Returns Policy.

Thank you for choosing the MobiRider Beach Wheelchair. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your MobiRider Beach Wheelchair to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for
the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
3. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@mobirider.co.za.
